Table Massage
- Session lengths range from 20-120 minutes
- All of our session lengths are full, hand's on time
- Extra 15 minutes is scheduled between each session for assessment, changing, and follow-up instructions
- You choose the length of the session and with your therapist help agree on a massage that will best benefit your needs.
- We offer a variety of massage modalities and techniques

- Introduce yourself to the world of massage or as a quick stress reducer
- Great for reducing back, shoulder and neck tension
